Job Opportunity: Ticketing Executive / Assistant Manager Ticketing / Managers Ticketing

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Travel Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about the travel & Air Ticketing industry and have the required skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications:

– Fully qualified in IATA/UFTAA

– Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry

– Solid GDS skills in Galileo and Amadeus

– Proven ability to promote direct sales and maintain a high standard of customer service

– Experience in handling travel agency support services

– Good knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures

– Familiarity with inbound and outbound tour operations

– Availability to work on a roster basis

Skills and Competencies:

– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet usage

– Experience in costing and itinerary preparation

– Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

– Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience

– Manage and process airline ticketing and reservations using GDS systems

– Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide suitable options

– Prepare accurate itineraries and costings for various travel packages

– Promote and maximize direct sales by offering personalized travel solutions

– Handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally

– Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations

– Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and suppliers

– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Salary: 7500 + + +
