Job Description
The role, Legal Officer will play a pivotal role in providing legal support to the company’s local and international operations. Position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with internal departments to meet legal requirements.
Required Qualifications.
- An attorney at law with a secretarial license or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (added qualification).
- Comprehensive knowledge of protecting intellectual property rights.
- Drafting and reviewing license agreements.
- Good understanding of labor law and personal data protection law.
Experience.
- Knowledge of corporate law with experience in the corporate sector.
- 4-5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in a law firm, preferably 2 years of work experience as a legal officer in the IT field.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents/contracts.
