Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator
The National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka (NCE) is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Export Awards Ceremony, scheduled for December 2024. This is a non-permanent role with flexible working hours.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Export Awards Ceremony. The key activities include:
Coordinating with the panel of judges and the applicants
Liaising with the event management company
Sending out invitations
Handling ticket reservations
Organizing table plans
The role primarily involves project administration and will require coordination with senior staff at the Chamber.
Key Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in event coordination or project management is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
