Job Description
We are looking for a System Accountant with at least 2 years of Experience in Accounting and Computerized Accounting. Ideal candidate should have experience in accounting management with at least one ERP system.
Requirements
– At least 2 years of Experience in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Computerized Accounting
– Accounting experience with at least one ERP system
– Formal accounting qualifications
– Experience of designing, implementing and managing finance processes and policies
Skills & Competencies
– Up to date knowledge of current trends and practices in finance and good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
– Strong analytical and numerical skills demonstrating an ability to identify and react to emerging issues
– Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage conflict and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
– Excellent standard of literacy and effective written communication skills for preparing financial reports
Role & Responsibilities
– Supporting project teams in implementing financial processes in new and/or updating existing systems
– Be a consistent and approachable point of contact for stakeholders and support Clients in Accounting through Systems
– Test System Accounting processes and procedures
– Oversee, manage, review and challenge all appropriate Financial processes in Software systems
– Ensure all policies and procedures in the systems are up to date according to the financial trends and to accommodate the client requirements
– Provide training in using the systems for accounting purposes
– Design and develop both internal and external management reports in relation to Accounting & Finance Management
