Designation: Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation (Change and Communication)
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital innovation hub and digital transformation champions guild.
- Evaluate future/emerging technologies and their potential impact.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external parties.
- Facilitate technology Proof Of Concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas.
- Innovate and implement best practices in digital transformation.
- Plan and execute communication and change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar digital transformation role.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in change management and digital innovation.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, innovation management, and robust experience in technology evaluation and adoption.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change within an organization.
