A leading conglomerate seeks a dynamic and experienced Executive (Supplier Relations Officer) to join its accomplished team.
Job Description
- Frequent monitoring of dairy farms to improve and maintain raw milk quality through farmer awareness.
- Determine the potential areas of the dairy farm and attract the farmers within the area to supply milk to the company.
- Initiation and implementation of farmer development programs
- Maintaining milk chilling center quality and adhering to company standards
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in agriculture or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in agriculture farming and development. Preferably 1 year experience in dairy farming and development.
- Proper knowledge in dairy farming, agriculture, raw milk quality, dairy cattle feeding systems, dairy cattle nutrition, and dairy farm management.
- Having a bike license and owning a bike will be an added advantage.
- Based in the Kotagala area, Nuwara Eliya District.
