Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Achieve expected sales revenue from new segments & existing Key Accounts.
- Provide customer service excellence by effectively attending and solving customers’ problems and fostering positive relationships.
- Effectively manage the collection and delivery of waste from source to the plant by acquiring the target tonnage and quality of industrial wastage.
- Negotiate & close the contracts and identify potential barriers or hindrances to the engagement.
- Be compliant with company policies & health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Science, Engineering or Technology and SLIM/CIM full qualification or MBA.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in sales/ marketing, product management, business development, customer services functions in a managerial capacity.
- Strong technical & safety knowledge, people management skills, and project management skills.
- Industrial and environmental chemistry/ engineering knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop effective networks with relevant internal & external stakeholders.
