About Us:
Following the merger of @Uptime Solutions and @Inbay, we are expanding our global team and looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer in Colombo. You will work with colleagues from the UK, US, South Africa, and New Zealand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line IT support to partners’ customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.)
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Deliver support with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
Requirements:
Excellent English skills, familiarity with Office 365, and MSP background preferred.
