Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing customer inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically
· Selling travel services on partner airlines
· Booking management from inquiry to ticket issuance
· Providing support and training on the ticketing system
Skills:
· Fluent in English and Sinhala
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Ability to take initiatives
Qualification:
· IATA qualification or equivalent in E-Ticketing & Reservations
