Job Description
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Prepare and manage effective budgets for the operation, marketing, branding & business development of the laboratory. Responsible for monitoring overall sales and be accountable for the revenue of the laboratory.
- Achieve the set lab target.
- Developing and maintaining a good level of public relations with key opinion leaders. Forecast future sales in assigned customer categories.
- Board reporting on the overall performance of the laboratory.
- Analyze competitors’ activities and formulate tactical contingency plans. Formulate tactical strategies to increase the customer base in the region. Work closely with corporate customers to bring new business.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree or Diploma in Science, Marketing & Medical Laboratory field or equivalent qualification. 1 year with Degree or 2 years industry experience preferably.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory business & marketing management.
- Effective verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills to influence change. Advanced skills in MS Office are a must.
