Role Description: Full-time on-site Sous Chef responsible for culinary operations at the ocean-view restaurant. Prepare exquisite Sri Lankan and Mediterranean or Asian dishes using fresh local ingredients. Collaborate on special dining experiences and menu development.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury establishment
- Culinary expertise in Sri Lankan and/or Mediterranean and Asian cuisine
- Leadership skills to supervise culinary staff
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
