Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue target and member base growth while minimizing churn
- Pursuing and signing up real estate/property members
- Keeping detailed field visit records and sales metrics
- Creating strategic field visit plans based on sales targets
- Managing and developing field sales teams
- Staying updated on market trends
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in the automobile industry
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field
- Strong track record in client acquisition and business development
Salary Package:
Salary: 150,00/- (Basic + Allowances)
