Position Overview:
The Business Data Analyst role involves analyzing sales, customer behavior, market trends, and operational data to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing reports, creating dashboards, and collaborating across departments to support data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and booking data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis for business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of data analysis experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
