Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITIL Certified Consultant/Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT Service Management (ITSM) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL Expert level certification is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing ITSM projects with ITIL capabilities.
• Proven track record of successful ITSM project delivery.
• Full life cycle implementation or participation in 2-3 ITSM projects.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
• Proficient in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
