Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the IIT strategic plan through the provision of structured Professional Development (PD) programs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, drive, and be accountable for the annual budget
- Implement new sales plans and advertising
- Ensure the department meets deadlines and objectives
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness
- Prepare marketing materials needed for promotions in collaboration with the team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve department goals
- Assist in PR and communication efforts
Qualifications:
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- 5 years of work experience in the education industry with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand development within the education industry
- Proficient in monitoring and evaluating PDU services to ensure they meet standards
- Has an innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service
