Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop, optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
- Perform database maintenance tasks like indexing, backups, and restores.
- Monitor database performance, optimize queries for efficiency.
- Implement database security measures like access controls and encryption.
- Analyze, tune database performance using tools like SQL Profiler.
- Identify, resolve database performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain data integrity through constraints, triggers, and foreign keys.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security best practices.
- Implement disaster recovery solutions, high availability techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years experience in database management with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficient in T-SQL, writing, optimizing complex queries, procedures.
- Experience in database performance tuning, security best practices.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery solutions for MSSQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork abilities.
