This is a full-time role as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at a Bank located in Colombo 01, with the possibility of some remote work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via phone, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
Qualifications
