Job Description

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, Food, Beverage industry with 10-15 years of General Trade managerial experience.
- Previous experience as Senior Manager Sales or Regional Manager Sales in a Tier 1 Multinational Company is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications such as MBA/Business Degree, CIM, SLIM Diploma are preferred.
- Must have strong drive, passion, and motivation to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- High integrity and ability to build positive relationships with key business contacts.
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience (500K-700K), plus company perks like vehicles, medical insurance, and incentives.
