Job Role:
The jobholder is responsible for monitoring market trends, overseeing advertising and brand communication to convey the right message to the target audience for our products, and understanding the competitive marketplace for each product.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales & Marketing or full qualification in CIM (UK)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or full qualification in SLIM is a plus
- 4-5 years of Brand Management experience with target setting and performance forecasting
- Understanding of the value proposition of each product and business unit
- Experience in strategic brand development and campaign development
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is a bonus)
