Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Provide administrative support for various HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Support in Overall HR Operations.
Pre-Requisites
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus.
