Job Summary
As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with design team, content team, and digital team in ensuring clients’ needs are met.
- Be responsible for all client requirements and tasks.
- Provide regular feedback to teams regarding client needs, concerns, and interests.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Client servicing executive or similar role (Experience in Digital Agency is a MUST)
● Understanding of digital marketing and design principals is a must
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
