Position: Customer Relationship Assistant / Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand different customer segments and market needs.
  • Provide relevant financial products/services to meet customer needs.
  • Build healthy sales pipelines.
  • Maintain a positive image of the bank.
  • Support New and Existing Product Development.
  • Develop low-cost deposits generating channels.
  • Monitor branch activities and transactions.
  • Acquire prospective customers and organize promotional campaigns.

The Person:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
  • CIM/SLIM qualification preferred.
  • Good team player with sales experience.
  • Strong communication and team building skills.
