Job Description

Monitoring and tracking application/platforms/system for issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits. Identifying system issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions. Maintaining incident/problem records, performing technical operational tasks, and ensuring customer communication. Escalating unresolved issues, maintaining knowledge repositories, and identifying risks. Requires analytical skills, communication, and team work. Experience in Linux/Unix or Windows, scripting, databases, programming languages, IT network, and cloud environments. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. Additional knowledge in cloud, microservices, CI/CD, Telco, and ITIL® certification is advantageous.
