Job Description

Role Summary: Maintain excellent client relationships and help achieve Managed Services sales targets by promoting and selling solutions in areas such as Network Operations Center, Security Operations Center, and General Managed Services.

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of Managed Service.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Work with various teams to ensure smooth operation of the Business Development cycle.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Attend client meetings and deliver presentations.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, IT, or related field.
• Professional Certifications in IT and ITIL/ISO certifications.
• Passion for Sales and business development.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Target driven and team player.
