Job Description
Company: tools.com (Australian Start-up)
Position Type: Casual basis (Ideal for University students/school-leavers)
Location: Remote (required to come in for meetings when requested)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer and supplier inquiries via email and phone.
- Handling social media posts and messages.
- Generating and maintaining order reports.
- Maximizing system capabilities for efficiency.
- Assisting with administrative tasks.
- Building and maintaining relationships.
- Handling order refunds and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Working Hours:
- 4.00 PM – 12:00 PM SL time (Based on Australian working hours).
- Weekend and holiday shifts with holiday rates.
