Job Description
Salary: Up to 100K (Based on your experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of logistics operations.
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
