Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join one of our clients as Senior Executive – Digital Marketing at Lkcareers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate the brand and differentiators using press, social media, and the corporate website, creating engaging content and posts
- Promote the employer brand among internal and external stakeholders
- Drive efforts relating to award submissions, special publications, and internal events
- Develop marketing strategies and digital campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement
- Execute marketing strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers and prospects
- Monitor and maintain presence across press and social media channels
- Ensure accuracy, uniformity, and relevance in what is published on all media channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in a similar role
- Competent in handling social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
- Experience in content creation – both short and longer formats
- Strong exposure to social media marketing and engagement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Prior work exposure in the IT industry would be an advantage
