Junior Executive – HR
Job Profile
- Compile and maintain HR records and other HR documentation.
- Maintaining employee files and HR filing system.
- Coordinate & work closely with HR/Admin/Finance team in day to day HR functions.
- Initiative enthusiastic team player with a “Can-Do” attitude.
- Liaise with Labour Department and relevant institutes.
Requirements
- Diploma/ FCHRM or any professional qualification in HR.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, and MS Office.
- 03 years’ hands-on experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Applicant should be around Colombo area.
