Job Description
The Junior Executive – Branch Banking will assist the Branch Manager in achieving financial targets and ensuring efficient client transactions. Responsibilities include adhering to policies, handling cash and cheque transactions, maintaining accurate records, and promoting banking services.
- Understand and implement branch transaction policies and procedures
- Verify completeness and accuracy of client requests
- Process customer transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain cash balance and document security
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Ensure regulatory compliance and provide quality service
- Prepare reports and have knowledge of Islamic Banking
The ideal candidate should have G.C.E Advanced Level qualifications, 2-4 years of banking experience, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
