Finance Manager
We are looking for promising finance candidates to join our team in Tanzania at a property/real estate development cum management company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Professional Qualification in CA /CIMA /CMA.
- Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Tanzania.
- Minimum 5-7 years of financial management experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and risk management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
