Job Description
To provide information to customers regarding their queries and resolve end customer issues as per defined SLA. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA. Able to comprehend customer requests and meet quality standards.
- Assess Behavioral Training Needs for the process and devise soft skill training process
- Deliver behavioral trainings as per the defined training calendar
- Responsible for conducting Assessment and Development Centers across the assigned process to understand areas for new or refresher training
- Arrange refresher training monthly for all employees in the process
- Map the impact of training programs and report to Lead Trainer
