Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Utilize Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo reservation systems proficiently.
- Provide accurate fare quotes and airline policies knowledge.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and reservation systems changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3-5 years experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role.
- Expertise in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional travel certifications a plus.
