Job Description

Providing technical support for existing security solution customers and maintaining the SLAs.

Provide L1, L2 support for customers on a 24×7 basis and maintain records of each support ticket.

Attend and resolve any SR/Incident tickets assigned.

Support team leads and engineers in project deployments.

Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by the engineers.
