Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time Autocad Drafter role at APEXO Engineering located in Colombo, with flexibility for some remote work. The Autocad Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software, collaborating with engineers and architects to interpret sketches and specifications, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of drawings. The Autocad Drafter will also assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining drawing databases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Experience in drafting architectural, structural, or mechanical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical sketches and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, or a related field is preferred
