Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Junior Technical Recruiter at Company Name (Withheld) in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand role requirements and source suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs.
  • Review job applications and match them with job requirements.
  • Update databases and trackers with accurate information.
  • Share recruiting feedback and develop metrics for analysis.
  • Maintain a candidate CRM for a solid pipeline.

Key Requirements:
