Job Description
Job Purpose: To carry out safe and secure on-time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Assist customers with arrivals & departures procedures
- Handle reservations, ticketing, and cash remittance
- Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings
- Set up check-in counters and screen baggage
- Assist with special customer requests and mishandled baggage
Functional Responsibilities:
- Maintain company standards
- Ensure effective threat assessment and response
- Achieve department goals
- Adhere to Security Programme
- Monitor Quality System and conformance
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain files and log sheets
- Update manuals and procedures
- Verify invoices and manage personnel development
- Maintain equipment and workforce deployment
