Role Description
This is a full-time and hybrid role for a Travel Coordinator at Cotyledon Tours. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel logistics. This role will be primarily located in Colombo, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in travel management
- Knowledge of local attractions, activities, and accommodations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the luxury travel industry is a plus
