Job Description
The Research Startup Coordinator provides overall support to the company in research startup activities. The individual will perform under the management of Clinical Development unit and responsible to carry out the assignments undertaken by the team in utmost care and timely manner.
Education & expertise required:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in health sciences, biosciences, or related biological discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with local and foreign clients
- Excellent language proficiency in both English and Sinhala (Both verbal and written)
- Forward personality with excellent presentation skills
- Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated to meet strict deadlines
- Ambitious to develop careers in clinical research related discipline
- Flexibility to travel within the research sites across the country
- Ability to effectively deal with government & private institutions
- Flexibility to work extended hours & during weekends
