Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for leadership and operational efficiency? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Manager – HR Operations. In this role, you will lead our HR team, driving initiatives to optimize processes, support employee development, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the HR team in executing day-to-day functions as a Business Partner for our Sector/Division.
• Drive efficiency initiatives and implement solutions to enhance HR processes.
• Provide HR services to meet internal customer demands, including managing training programs.
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Manage the Employee Performance Management Process, ensuring timely execution of increments and promotions.
• Collaborate with the VP of Group Human Resources on strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
• Preferably a master’s degree specialized in HR or General.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role overseeing HR operations.
• Profound knowledge of labor regulations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
