Job Description
SCOPE
Will be responsible for:
- Expertise knowledge in General Trade/ Modern Trade / HORECA and Bakery Channel
- Manage staff and clients, recruiting new staff and retention
- Responsible for the Budget, P/L and future growth of the company
- Represent the company in Local and Overseas forums
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to achieve and exceed set budget for the company
- Maintaining current clientele and expanding the company’s revenues and profits with new business
- Plan for future development and contingencies
- Setting an example for employees and fostering teamwork
- Recruit qualified candidates and conduct regular performance evaluations
EXPERIENCE
- 10 to 15 Years of experience in the Consumer industry in senior managerial positions
- MBA or Equivalent Qualification
- Ability to oversee consumer operations, sales, and administration
- Strong people management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong operational and sales knowledge in various trade channels
- Previous experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets
