Designation: Business Analyst

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and organize data to support management decision-making.
• Conduct intelligent data gathering and provide valuable business insights to board members.
• Prepare business plans based on market data analysis.
• Conduct research and develop action plans for strategic decisions and communications.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting through business data analysis dashboards.

Key Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• Partly qualified in CIMA (advantageous).
• Has 2-3 years of experience in a business analytical role, preferably with exposure to Sales and/or Finance.
• Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Possesses a high aptitude in data analytics and strong attention to detail.
• Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills.
