Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Secretary to join our team at the prestigious Micronet Group, serving a leading bank in Sri Lanka.
Duties include:
- Working with the secretarial team, providing necessary support
- Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
- Handling photocopying, binding, and storing company documents
- Updating contact details on the company database
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Collecting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
- Managing outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting the senior PA with admin tasks
- Assisting with diary management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence
