Job Description
The Job
- Study and transform data science prototypes into deployable prototypes
- Define pre-processing or feature engineering on datasets
- Train models, tune hyperparameters, and define validation strategies
- Utilize high-end MLOps tools (e.g. Sagemaker)
- Design containerized model artifacts using Docker or Kubernetes
- Orchestrate ML pipelines for automation using Cloud tool stacks
- Monitor and troubleshoot production DS models
- Execute version control and CI/CD best practices
- Alliance with Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics
- 3+ years industry experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science/ML
- Good understanding of ML and AI concepts with hands-on experience
- Proficiency in Python or 1 programming language for ML
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines implementation
- Strong programming background in Python, Scala/Java, Bash/Shell
- Working knowledge of SQL and Spark
