Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors to build key industry connections for growth.
- Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage tendering and documentation processes.
- Optimize cash flow and receivables.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision making and align promotions with business goals.
- Work with internal and external teams to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in bath-ware, sanitary-ware, or surfaces sales (preferably in project sales).
- Strong connections with architects, contractors, and decision-makers in projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives preferred).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
