Role Description

Manage corporate records, ensure compliance, coordinate board meetings, and provide administrative support at BDO Sri Lanka & Maldives. Full-time role based in Colombo.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law
  • Attorney at Law with at least 3-4 years of experience
  • Professional certification in Company Secretarial Practice is a plus
  • Dynamic, committed, and able to work under pressure

Duties

  • Manage high-profile clients and ensure client expectations are met
  • Review administrators’ work, provide guidance, and ensure compliance
  • Handle day-to-day corporate administration and statutory filings
