Job Description

Responsibilities for Manager Customer Experience:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer excellence agents.
  • Analyze customer feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey across departments.
  • Resolve complex customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Requirements:
