Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to track and record client information accurately. Experience in maintaining a database and problem-solving skills are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting SLA and TAT
- Achieving Productivity and attendance targets
- Maintaining internal Quality scores
- Professionalism in customer interactions
- Logging and tracking customer contacts
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and promoting product benefits
- Able to work Night Shift
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years working Experience
- Typing 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Effective multitasking abilities
