Job Description
As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving digital adoption campaigns across the organization and developing high-quality creative content to engage and create awareness on our applications, enhancements, and new product launches enabled to our employees.
The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and should be able to take end-to-end ownership of the assigned tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in copywriting to creatively develop content for application launches, enhancements, surveys, training materials, and newsletters.
- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, including gathering information from subject matter experts and consistently monitoring adoption rates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments, showcasing excellent stakeholder relationship management.
- Experience in coordinating, designing, and delivering learning materials while integrating current technology to create a dynamic end-user experience.
Analytical skills to measure success and progress of change initiatives.
