Job Description
We at Orel Labs are seeking a talented software project manager to spearhead the development and delivery of our cutting-edge products. In this role, you will oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources utilizing agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, testers, designers, and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary.
- Track project progress and report using relevant tools and metrics.
- Ensure software products meet functional requirements, quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- Professional project management qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years managing software projects, preferably in DevOps environments.
- Experience with medium to large-scale international projects is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps, and project management tools.
- Solid technical background with knowledge of programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
