A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a dynamic experienced general manager- Property and Facilities Management to join its accomplished team.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in property and facilities management, including a minimum of 3 years in a Senior managerial role.
- Experience in managing and negotiating contracts with external service providers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and local regulations.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Degree in Facilities Management, or Engineering, and possessing a Master’s Degree in the relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects, such as the construction of new facilities and the implementation of renewable energy solutions.
